What gets the pink out of a white shirt in the laundry?

I washed a white shirt with a red robe and it faded; how do I get the pink out?

If you haven't dried it yet, try washing it again with a Color Guard fabric saver from Shout. It catches the color as it washes out of the shirt. If you dried it, or it has sat wet for a while, you are out of luck from a re-washing standpoint. Yry soaking it in a bucket of bleach/water (2:1 bleach).
Reply:forget it,,,buy a tie to match...as it would take several

washings with bleach to get it back white again.

and i am sure its not pink its called dusty rose

it looks good with grays even brown slacks
Reply:wash with a all white load and a little bleach
Reply:BLEACH
Reply:To whiten whites:

Add one cup of Hydrogen Peroxide to a load of whites and wash as normal.

For items already damaged mix a quarter cup of Cascade in a bucket of hot, hot water soak the garments in the mixture to whiten whites.

Try not to over dry white items. Use a lower temperature setting as the higher settings can yellow whites.

Also, some liquid fabric softeners can cause yellowing in white fabrics if not rinsed out well.
Reply:Add bleach, should help. May have to wash three to four times if you dried it already.
