What could these pink clots in my urine be?

I have pink clots in my urine, they are quite large, about the size of a dime. When I wipe there is a bit of blood. The clots look like bits of flesh. I have passed about 3 of them today. I don't have insurance, so I am hesitant to go to the doctor.

There is no pain, itching or smell.

It's not my period, it is coming from my pee.

What could these pink clots in my urine be?
Very bad (bladder) infection. I know that medical bills are murder and may cause more harm than you think that the little clots will, but you need to get that taken care of as soon as possible.

If you absolutely must wait for the free clinic, start drinking water (as much as possible) and some cranberry juice too (an organic no sugar added kind). Can you call a hotline? I know there is the planned parenthood hotline that provides a lot of information and also, you can talk to a nurse. That phone number is 1-800-967-PLAN (I got that from their website).

Last, try to self-diagnose and decide if it is something that you absolutely must brave the emergency room for. Try googling 'bloody urine' or something like that. Check out the images and maybe wikipedia or a health website. Look up bladder infections and bladder cancer and try to see if the signs match yours. You haven't provided enough information about yourself and exactly what is going on in your life for the answerers on this website to diagnose you and to make decisions regarding the best choices for you.
Reply:Sounds like an advanced bladder infection. If you were to go to ER with those symptoms they would probably keep you.
Reply:Insurance or not find a free clinic and get checked.
Reply:You need to go to the doctor, visible blood in your urine is NEVER good. There are low income or no cost clinics. I think you should really consider finding one to get checked out, and asap.

Reply:This could possibly signal a serious bladder problem. Go get checked out, try a free clinic or public hospital. You don't have to pay there.
