This is a peanut butter ice cream pie. It is pink in color and is in a graham cracker crust. I had it at a restaurant in Camby, IN about 30 years ago. Have searched for peanut butter ice cream pies, but am not sure it any of them are the "Pink Elephant Pie" that I want.

PINK ELEPHANT DESSERT
1 lb. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1/2 gal. pink peppermint ice cream (or other flavor)
5 frozen Butterfingers
Crush cookies and Butterfingers. Pour melted butter over this mixture. Put half of the mixture in the bottom of 9"x13" pan to form a crust. Spread ice cream over this. You may want to use a mixer to soften the ice cream so it will spread easily. Press remaining crumbs on top. Freeze
