Reply:Sounds like you like pretty colors.

I suggest something like a flower/bird/butterfly theme.

All the pretty things in nature.

Cool craft idea:

This is an original idea that will look stunning.

Step One- Get some white posterboard and make a long strip that goes from floor to ceiling in your room...and is one foot wide.

Step Two- Go to the scrapbook store and buy enough paper to cover the poster board and make a 'background' for the art that you are going to add to the front of the paper.... the paper should be a design that is the same all over the paper with no busy lines or wild looking stuff. Maybe small flowers on colored paper.... something like that.

Step Three- Find old calendars with flowers, birds, and butterflies on each month. Cut out the individual flowers, birds, and butterflies. Glue down the flowers first... then add birds and butterflies here and there on the design. To really add some depth and drama... go to the Dollar Stores and find fake vines and staple it to the paper BEFORE you add the flowers, birds, and butterflies. You could even put small fake flowers on there. THEN add the birds and butterflies.....

Step Four:

Add a decorative border of either wood or paint to the edge of the artwork. A whispy fabric would look nice.... sort of like a curtain that opens and shows the beautiful scene.

You can really go all out with this theme... add cute little bird houses and sprays of pretty flowers in the room.
Reply:well depeds on how old you are. If you are young a good theme would be maybe something you like that shares the same colors, barbies for example, on the other hand if you are older you might want to go for a more teenage look, maybe polkadots and for the furniture you should do something that doesnt POP something mello. hope i could help!! :)
Reply:do something like a hawaiian sunset type thing...
Reply:icecream palour, yaknow like with wide, alternating vertical stripes around the bottom half of the wall

Reply:The first thing you should do is find a fabric or fabrics that you LOVE with these colors...from there- figure out where you want them (window treatments, bedding, accent pillows, chair, etc).

Try something like this as your main:

then find accent fabrics like some of these:

I would do your walls in the blue (if you havent already done them)...

If you dont already have furniture (or if you'd consider painting/distressing your existing furniture) a great off-white/cream that is "antiqued" would look awesome!

A great blue color for walls is Sherwin Williams "Open Air" or "Stream".

Good Luck!
