How should i dye my hair from pink and blonde to blue and blonde?

I am going to dye my hair blonde with blue. i want to replace the blue with the pink in my hair and some of the blonde. should i bleach the pink or leave it? and what brand should i use to dye my hair.

you should bleach the color first then dye it and I like the brand manic panic you can get it over the internet or at some hot topic stores
