Can a human with pink eye spread it to a cat?

I have pink eye and want to make sure I cant spread anything to my cat. I know illnesses that pets have and that humans have usually can't be spread to each other.

I just got over pink eye myself. Not much fun. I was told that it was one of the infections that you CAN spread to your dogs %26amp; cats. I'm not sure if it's true, but be careful anyway. Be sure to wash all your bedding %26amp; towels, I'm told it will keep coming back again %26amp; again.

Reply:Probably yes. Any disease start from an animal then stread to other animals so to be humans. Your cat might get it.
