How do I remove pink hair spray from fine blonde hair. My daughter is 7 so I dont want to use harse chemicals.

She had her hair sprayed 10 days ago at a Fall Festival. It was like the typical halloween sprays you put in your hair. It was bright pink and they used way to much. Thanks for your help.

How do I remove pink hair spray from fine blonde hair. My daughter is 7 so I dont want to use harse chemicals.
Lemon Juice, vinegar, or liquid tide detergent. All will work, the least harmful, the lemon juice..... It will dry out the hair some, but use a conditioner after and all should be fine. If the color isn't all removed add baking soda to the bubbles of the shampoo and apply to the hair, the mixture will be thick. Add a little shampoo if needed. leave on the hair for 5 minutes and repeat as necessary. This also removes build up from hair spray and other hair styling product.
Reply:try dawn dish liquid or use laundry detergent.
Reply:Try a clarifying shampoo, having fine blonde hair myself naturally I can tell you color tends to stick to it longer. All the color may not come out immediately as it would on other hair types but may fade out more slowly. Since the spray is not permanent eventually the color will fade completely, but a clarifying shampoo should do more than ordinary washing without stripping your daughter's hair.
Reply:It should have come out with shampoo. Does she shower buy herself? She might not be shampooing good. If not try dawn (it can emove hair dye) or lemon juice.
Reply:White vinegar. Put it in a spray bottle half water spray in. Let sit for 5 mins then shampoo out with what you us in her hair.
