How do I get pink out of the white part of a multicolored shirt without changing the other colors?

I have not dried it yet. I have read about Rit color remover. I just want to get the pink out of the white parts and not alter the other colors. Is Rit safe or is there a safer product?

How do I get pink out of the white part of a multicolored shirt without changing the other colors?
if this is a new shirt... or a "oops"... wash it again %26amp; put a little bit of bleach in the water w/ the soap. Old trick my mom told me about when my pink shorts turned from a "oops". It worked. U can even put it in a tub of cold water %26amp; some bleech water if u want to try that as well. But for something new that bled, i usually wash it again %26amp; it comes out. Make sure it cold water. Always cold lst time to make sure it doesn't bleed.
Reply:lay the shirt over a large bowl (you might need to use a rubber band to keep it there).

in a pitcher mix HOT water and cascade crystals (not liquid. regular, not lemon scented). pour the hot cascade over the white part of the shirt slowly.

rewash with only a little bit of detergent.

next time you have something that will bleed like this:

wash with cold water, 1/2 detergent and at least 1 cup of vinegar. it will 'set' the colors.
Reply:Rit color remover will strip ALL THE COLOR.

Try Oxyclean, it seems to work for me. Put a small scoop in a sink of warm water and and wash it. Watch and you should see the white come back .
Reply:no don't use rit color remover it will remove all the colors.. you could try using a bleach pen, and then wash the item in cold water.. warm and hot make colors bleed into the other ones.. hope i helped. good luck
